We do not dictate how your location should look, impose specific working hours, or charge any commissions on the money you earn—before, during, or after our cooperation.

Are the machines manufactured in Poland?
We provide you with the highest-quality equipment, proudly designed and manufactured entirely in Poland. Every machine is produced from start to finish at our own facility.
Years of experience and operating these machines in our own locations have enabled us to develop a reliable business solution built for long-term performance. We are confident you will be satisfied with its quality and reliability.
In the unlikely event of a technical issue or unexpected breakdown—which is extremely rare—we have a team of qualified technicians and a full inventory of spare parts readily available to ensure fast support and minimal downtime.
Does the equipment have the necessary certifications and approvals?
Our equipment meets all applicable safety and quality standards and is fully certified. It holds all required certifications and approvals, including certification from the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene (NIZP PZH) in Warsaw.
This ensures that our machines comply with the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene, giving you complete confidence in their reliability and performance.
Do Mister Twister locations have any issues with health inspections?
For many food business owners, health inspections can be one of the biggest challenges. With Mister Twister, you don’t have to worry about whether your local health authority will approve your business.
We’ve already taken care of the hard work for you. There’s no need to develop your own HACCP documentation from scratch—a process that can be both time-consuming and expensive. We provide a ready-made HACCP package that only needs a few details tailored to your business and location before it can be submitted to your local health authority.
Best of all, the HACCP documentation is provided free of charge as part of our cooperation.
How much profit can you make with Mister Twister?
The profitability of a Mister Twister location depends on many factors, including its location, the season, operating hours, presentation, and overall customer traffic. For this reason, we cannot predict exactly how much you will earn.
However, we can provide a simple example. Excluding expenses such as staff wages and rent, the production cost of one ready-to-serve Twister Potato—cut, fried, and seasoned—is approximately PLN 0.50. The typical retail price is around PLN 6.00.
This allows you to easily estimate your potential gross margin by multiplying the margin per serving by the number of Twister Potatoes sold.
In our experience, Mister Twister offers one of the highest gross margins available in the simple fast-food sector, making it an attractive business opportunity for entrepreneurs.
What is the lead time for an order?
Standard equipment, such as potato cutters and fryers, is usually kept in stock and can typically be shipped within one business day.
Custom-built trailers, kiosks, and mobile stands are manufactured to order, as they can vary in size, equipment, and branding.
Lead times for custom orders are determined individually and depend on the project’s size, complexity, and the time of year.
Do I need to collect the equipment in person?
We work closely with DPD to ship our equipment throughout Europe, including Poland.
Trailers and kiosks can be delivered by truck equipped with a HIAB (truck-mounted crane), allowing for safe and efficient unloading at your location.
How does the service and technical support work?
We are committed to responding quickly to any technical issues our customers may experience.
Like any commercial equipment, our machines require maintenance from time to time. We provide both warranty and post-warranty servicing, as well as routine maintenance inspections.
To help minimize downtime, we also offer replacement equipment on loan whenever possible in the event of unexpected breakdowns or emergency situations.
