1. Goods purchased remotely, i.e., not at the seller’s premises, can be returned based on proof of purchase. The goods must not be damaged or show signs of use. The buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of purchase. The consumer must return the goods to the seller or hand them over to a person authorized by the seller to collect them immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to return the goods before their expiry.

2. Goods can be exchanged based on proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). The goods must not be damaged or show signs of use. The buyer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of purchase.
3. In the case of a full return, the refund will cover the value of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs.
4. In the case of a Product that is a service, the performance of which – at the consumer’s express request – began before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer who exercises the right to withdraw from the contract after submitting such a request is obligated to pay for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal.
5. If the customer availed themselves of the option to receive the goods without incurring shipping costs, the customer will be additionally charged for shipping costs, which should have been charged at the time of ordering.
6. Refunds for returned goods will be made no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods from the Customer. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
7. Returned goods will not be accepted for cash on delivery.
8. Goods purchased at the seller’s premises are not returnable.
